Christen is nothing short of amazing. Her leadership skills and beliefs are second to none. She believes in leading from the front and the back and if you are coachable she can and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are as successful as you choose to be. She's the most dedicated person I know and works tirelessly to achieve the goals she sets for herself and her team. Being on her team is like being a part of her family. Even if you are not on her team she still goes the extra mile to help when and where ever she can she is truly a servant leader. She loves to see others exceeding their own expectations too. She will always be cheering for someone else. Amazing partner to have in any industry.
