I'm very grateful to have a mentor like Grégory Deserranno because although I have a long business experience I stepped into a profession wich happened to be a totally different ball game. Grégory is always there to share his experience with you, gives very detailed training, He supports you when things are not moving like expected, keeps motivating people and keeps remembering your personal goals. He certainly is the man with the right mindset and helps people with theirs. I've had coaches before, but never had one who keeps feeding people with the right information on such a regular basis. Feedback and follow-up are very strong points. He truly helps you creating the right foundation for self endorsement and self confidence without motivating complacency.
