Be careful with this company. They don't take responsibility for the problems with their products. In 2023, at the Orlando event, they launched a trading bot that promised returns of between 8% and 10% monthly, but it never even reached 1%. I invested in a $1,000 license for one year for this wonderful bot to work with my money. The truth is that after 3 months, I had already lost more than 15%. Because of this, I contacted support, and they referred me to a BFX company. They never responded. They took an average of 10 days to respond.

I'm now requesting a refund for the license and the amount I lost through the bot. For this, they've asked for several pieces of evidence. For example, if I had requested a refund in September, I did so in 2023. Then they asked me to be active. I didn't buy the license to use it for network trading; they sold it to me to invest hands-free.

I have sent them all the evidence and they still do not want to refund my license fee, they do not want to accept that the BOT was a failure or they simply SCAMMED everyone with the results they observed.
