We feel so energized I have all my vitamins and I don’t have to take them nasty pills no more I am so happy that my mom bought us and I always just take it in the morning it is so delicious and it is so good it makes me feel so healthy and I don’t have to force to take anything like what I do it pillI always take it with my smoothies and I take the energy pills with it and just make you feel so energized for the day I never fun sleeping no more I wake up earlier I always feel so energetic
