Ted has earned his success through focus and consistent hard work. I personally have never seen this level of success with tons of kindness everyday. Ted displays so many great qualities including being a student of compensation programs, product science, winning attitude, constantly teaching leadership to others and lastly Ted has legions of long term friends. This is most impressive.
Another unique attribute Ted has is his generosity. He often buys coffee and breakfast and lunch for his team. This is very unusual in the network marketing profession. Overall, let's face it. Ted is a class guy with high moral values and stays true to those over his whole career. But when on occasion he makes a mistake he is not afraid to apologize. I am pleased to call Ted a close friend.
