I'm so happy that finaly you are now recognized internationaly as a true leader because you proved this for many years. I'm gratefull and honoured to work directly with you and I will thanks God all my life for this immense chance. You inspire me everyday and when I think that I understood everything, you show me one more lesson. You showed me so many times that you are an authentic leader and if I have to list just few of your qualities, this are: vision, focus, care for people, experience, role model for the team, work ethics, morality and a wonderfull soul.
