I’ve been in this industry for for more than a decade. I’ve seen numerous companies and different compensation plans but I’ve never have a luck in finding that complete total package company. I fell in love with the industry. Despite all my hard work, I’ve never had a success. Either the CEO had jumped ship or the company had shutdown altogether.
