I have known Arnie and Angie for 40+ years if they tell you something you know it is true. They have taken a lot of time gaining knowledge about there products and are there to help you feel better. Put your trust in them and head to a road of feeling better and enjoying life more. I use the liberty Patch as well as the defend patch daily and will not go without either one. I have asthma and the defend has helped enormously with that. A good thing to remember is consistence is best just like many things the more you do it the better it is.
