I’ve been in this company for about a year & I’m not gonna lie, the leaders are okay but the marketing in Kuvera is overrated and wayy too hype!
The reason why I liked this company;
Good marketing. Satisfactory people. Acceptable products.
Okay, now let’s talk about the company which we don’t like;
The customer Support don’t respond to you on time and it would take around 1-2 weeks to get back to you or sometimes they don’t.
Top leaders like Kaine, Rakan, Lily, Afnan don’t value new people as they value people they love. Way too many products to confuse the consumers!
Overwhelming promotions and always hype marketing but you get almost nothing inside.
Over 1,000+ customers left Kuvera cause of lack of customer support, no team follow up because even the top leaders are doing their own thing due to only make money NOT to impact and develop new people!
