Van is an absolutely amazing CEO. She is so hands on in every decision and very open and honest with the field. I love everything about this company! The vision to leave people better. leadership has extreme integrity in an industry that has so many ups and downs! The science behind the products of course is so cutting edge and simple. Price point is great and I love that everyone is accepted as the same here. I’ve been in really really bad start up situations and our launch went just about as smooth as it could for a new company!! Everything was thought through and prepared so well.
