It can be difficult to navigate a path one hasn’t been on before but to have someone like John, who has been there, to hold your hands and guide you, is a great privilege.

John is an amazing leader and mentor who is there for his
entire team and sees to it that no one is left behind.

His work ethic is incredible; leading by example, and he has a deep desire to see us all succeed.

He nurtures a culture of possibility and positivity, which comes across in all his interactions.

I have learnt so much under his mentorship, especially with regards to having a positive mindset and not accommodating excuses when action needs to be taken.

Most of all, he has thought me the act of caring because no one wants to hear what you have to say until they know how much you care.
