He is a great visionary and synonym for "never give up". But he has also a big heart and offers both hands to help those who are willing to work hand in hand. In his years of work, he's got a lot of knowledge and experiences that he is always willing to share it with his team. He is also a man of his word whatever he says he does – instead of blabbering, he shows results! I respect that he has set strict rules and that everyone is the same – well, to me because I am his life partner, he is a little more "sharp". I am very proud that he is my mentor and a true leader, not only in business but also in life!
