I was an ambassador for this company and had nothing but problems. Orders took forever to arrive. Orders were incomplete. Refunds were nonexistent, forcing you to order more items to use your credit and then go through the whole debacle again. I had to fight for commissions. Staff was rude. The owner would not answer emails. Packaging was garbage and items arrived broken- baking mixes spilled all over the box- boxes were often broken as well. Every customer I had was angry about something eventually and when I quit, they refused to pay my final commission (which was not much anyway as they did not pay fairly, instead having contests and promotions that they did not honour) Some of the food was ok but it was definitely overpriced considering all the crap you had to navigate to even receive it. I waited almost 5 months for one of the orders just to be told “we can’t make that item anymore” BAD EXPERIENCE
