Zija International's practices are becoming more questionable each year. I have been a member since 2011 with 2 auto ship orders. Zija implies they value your loyalty for auto ship with Loyalty Reward points. However, they delete your EARNED points if you change your auto ship date. After inquiry to customer service, both by phone and Live Chat, I was told the points can't be reinstated. After questioning the delete further with the Live Chat, I was told to contact a Supervisor to discuss this. I asked for a phone number to contact one, and I was told there is no such number! Customer service and Live Chat are very sarcastic and just talk in circles. I have canceled 1 auto ship and will be canceling the other one now. On a side note, Zija has a proprietary blend that does not require them to disclose exactly what ingredients are for a product. Seem questionable? Absolutely!
