Stable, solid, and always leading from the front with systems for the newest member to the experienced.

Through all the highs and the lows, she has shown strength and consistency throughout her time. Love partnering with her.

Not many can stand the tests and trials like Sonia has over the years.

She came in with zero experience and learnt from being in the trenches, through failures, experiencing all the NWM throws at you, and I believe that is what has set her up in the way she conducts herself and treats others.

There is alot to be said about those who are resilient and can stand the test of time at the level she has consistently upheld over the years.
