Ms Steele is a great coach. She is very consistent in what she does, she is always giving plays for her team to win. She wants us to all win. She finds ways for us to obtain success. She is very passionate and also very knowledgeable. If you are coachable and trust her abilities to get us where we want to go, you will WIN. She knows the products. The blueprint she has laid out for her team is remarkable. Sharon will stay up all night strategizing for the team. She is fair and she’s willing to help everyone that wants the help. She is always willing to give instructions and information. Sharon is such a devoted and loyal leader.
