I have asthma and severe arthritis and allergies and with all these fires in Washington state and Oregon State I have not had to use my inhaler one time since taking Bio defense nor any allergy medication I would recommend this product to anyone, my daughter also takes it now as well as my husband. The water soluble drops are so easy to use just drop them in your water, juice or put them under your tongue like I do. This company and all of the products they have are the absolute best.I would highly recommend this and all the products they carry.
