Best vitamin & it gives instant gratification. My hair & nails are both growing like crazy. I start my day off with it everyday. My daughter loves it as well. She gets up & takes 2 shots of nutra burst before she even eats breakfast. She’s a dancer and it’s so important to intake vitamins everyday. In fact, it’s great for the entire household. There’s nothing comparable to it. I highly recommend it to anyone. I noticed a difference in my skin as well.
