One shake for a meal replacement or 2 if you want…Purple maqui is the most clean energy ever..I hope to continue to inspire all who wants to know what and how I look like and have the energy to be able to keep up with my grandson's and their ⚾️ ? ? I feel better than I e er have no more knee pain or sciatic back pain…more energy and the shakes are so yummy as far as making money..the proof is in the shakes and purple peppy pills….well worth the effort and consistency is the key
