Calvin is an awesome leader. He is a man of integrity, he leads by example and even with such success, his humility is what gets me. If he says that the grass is pink, it's pink no doubt. This is a man who genuinely cares for his team and gets excited when he shares our success. He is always rooting for our success and supporting us to become a better version of ourselves. He is a leader who makes himself readily available for his team. Sometimes I even forget that he is in a different time zone due to the fact that communicates with us frequently and in short order. I really admire his work ethic and I am so humbled to have him as my mentor. Thank you, Calvin Garwood, for this life-changing opportunity.
