What a true leader!!! I have to start by saying how honoured I am to be under Sean’ leadership. It is an honour because a man of his calibre should really not be open to helping so many people but rather living his own private life but this one is one of a kind. He shares his mind with us, he shares valuable life lessons with us and most of all his time and he is self giving. He pours so much into our lives as our mentor day after day after day after day.. I remember asking myself if he doesn’t get tired but I now understand that his passion to lead people out of poverty and helping people change the stories of their lives is what fuels him. He will show up for us everyday with a bright smile and positive energy that makes you want to get up and start working! Wow I really value that about him. He is firm as a leader yet so kind and warm hearted. Only he knows how he does that really. I really am grateful I got to be one of the blessed people he mentors.
