Ted I know this is overly simplistic but from my viewpoint in over 3 decades of being immersed in Direct Sales the strength and long term future of a company is only as good as the people with the vision, those that make the day to day decisions.
Not the product, product can change, not the compensation plan that can change and or be enhanced the founders MAKE all the difference!
BK a rare leader in our space with knowledge and experience few can rival along with a huge heart that really cares for people! He has designed a 1st class company that no one can get hurt in and I would bet knowing BK like I do he will win and win big helping a whole lot of people along the way…
