Javier, is a leader of leaders. Yes, he consistently lead by example or as we call it in the Military, lead from the front. There is no mission/task to difficult to ask of him. He wants to see everyone succeed a trait not found in many. Not sure how he does it, however, his energy is infectious.
He dependable and trust worthy, again, another trait no seen in many. His ability to take a complex task and make it simple is remarkable. His devotion and energy is worthy of emulation. I can’t say it more.
I truly enjoy working with him.
