Where to start?! I started the supplements because I was looking for something safe and natural. Was wanting to come off of some of my 9 prescription drugs. Migraines, anxiety, depression and high cholesterol were my biggest issue. Just with a 1 week combo I saw a difference my first. No naps needed. Increased energy and cravings for sweets were gone!!
