Theon is a phenomenal team player with a heart of wanting everyone to win in whatever the situation may be. I’m so grateful to know Theon and the knowledge that he has, has helped many of us accelerate in our business within our Total Life Changes Community. The energy, smiles and joy that Theon brings to our phenomenal Team Shaw family is what everyone needs around them on a day to day basis. Theon gives 100 percent of himself with helping others learn more about the importance of putting others first before himself. The unselfishness to know that when giving others some of his wisdom to help others know more about their worth is so powerful. Theon is always helping to build a kingdom of servants to help make our surroundings as peaceful and pleasant as it could ever be. Thank you Theon for simply being a servant leader.
