People often ask what is the difference between a leader and a boss. The leader is the one who walks in the front, the boss controls front the back . I am sure that Berdeeva Nazym is a real leader. She is a very kind, understanding, fair and wise person. Therefore, we, members of her team, feel comfortable working under her leadership. As a leader, she is always ready to support, give valuable advice and guide her group in the right direction, when it is necessary. At crucial moments, she is ready to take the initiative, confidently leading the others behind her. She always finds a creative approach to solve any problem and situation. And it never ceases to amaze and inspire us.
She is the person you can undoubtedly rely on. And taking her actions as an example, we also try to give our best to act for our cause.
