Synergy WorldWide was founded by CEO Dan Higginson (Picture left) in 1999. Synergy is since 2000, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nature’s Sunshine Products (NSP), an industry giant founded in 1972 and a public company.

NSP has as of December 31, 2010, approximately 685,100 active Distributors worldwide, which included approximately 240,600 Distributors in the United States. 28,300 are independent Managers worldwide, including approximately 5,700 independent Managers in the United States. NSP has as of 2010 $350 million revenue, $342 in 2009 and 1,073 employees.

Synergy benefits from this relationship with NSP in many ways. Nature’s Sunshine Products manufactures many Synergy products, and NSP scientists work with Synergy to oversee the design, manufacturing and production of all Synergy products.

Synergy Worldwide reported net sales revenue for the year ended December 31, 2010 of $68.6 million, compared to $55.9 million in 2009, an increase of approximately 22.7 percent. Estimated revenue for 2011 $95 million.

Active Managers within Synergy Worldwide totaled approximately 2,300. Active Distributors 95,800 at 2010.

In 2011, Synergy Global took over Rain Nutrition. Rain Nutrition is marketing liquid supplements, formulated using the powerful extracts found in the seeds of fruits and herbs.

Synergy Worldwide now has team Members in Australia, Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

 In 2002 NSP opened a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, with mechanical systems and quality-control mechanisms comparable to those used in the pharmaceutical industry.

All raw materials must meet the strictest standards, and all manufacturing incorporates the latest quality assurance techniques and technology.

Synergy Worldwide Compensation Plan

Synergy’s has the Mega-Match compensation plan which is a Binary. This plan pays out 55 percent of commissionable sales after paying Fast Start and Elite Rebate each month. There are 7 ways to earn:

1. Retailing Products: Purchase products to resell, either in packs or individually, and earn a suggested 30 percent markup.
2. Fast Start Bonus: Earn Fast-Start Bonus on all initial orders of personally sponsored and activated people.
3. Elite Rebate: Receive a 25 percent rebate on all personal and customer product sales placed above the monthly Elite qualification sales requirement.
4. Basic Commission: Receive up to 10% commission of your weak leg volume* through all levels of your organization.
5. Mega-Match: Match up to 100% of all basic commissions earned by your personally sponsored downline.
6. Leadership Bonus: Earn a percentage of your strong leg volume based on weak leg volume.
7. Global Share Bonus: When you reach 400,000 CV in weak leg volume, you can participate in a share of total company CV.
