MLM Lawsuit
Max International (USA) vs. Scott Unclebach & Enhance International
The lawsuit between Max International and Mike Unclebach, Scott Unclebach and Enhance International  had important action on March 28th, 2012.  Max filed a Temporary Restraining Order  in an attempt to stop parties listed in the suit but specifically  Enhance International  prior to the launch of the company on March 27th  from contacting any former Max Distributors.
The TRO  was thrown out by Judge Faust in the 3rd District Court  on Wednesday  in Salt Lake City.  The Order clearly noted Furthermore the court does not find sufficient evidence that the Defendant have used confidential or trade secret information where much of the claims are assumptions as to what has happened or supposedly done by Defendants
This action may set precedence in the case where as Defendant's have stated in the counter suit that Max's claims are baseless and unfounded.
Defendant Scott Unclebach and VP of defendant Enhance International stated  We are pleased with the Court ruling and  look forward to all truth coming out in this case.  It is extremely unfortunate and representing of a few companies in this industry that believe bullying distributors and former distributors is acceptable behavior.  We are not only representing ourselves but the millions of other people who believe in and love the Networking Marketing Industry.
The  lawsuit is set to move forward quickly according to new legislation in Utah courts.  Responses to court initial court filings are due on April 9, 2012 and Fact Discovery Cutoff of Oct. 8, 2012
