YOR Health Appoints Hattie Boydle to Athletic Advisory Board

 

Nutrition and healthy living company YOR Health has appointed Australian Performance Coach and successful Sports Model Hattie Boydle, to its Athletic Advisory Board. Hattie is an international sports model with many accomplishments, some of which include:

• 1st place in the Australian Natural Bodybuilding (ANB) Fitness Model Competition 2013
• 2nd place in the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) Fitness Model Competition 2013
• Crown for the INBA Sports Model Champion 2011

An avid YOR Health user, Hattie believes that when one is challenged to step outside of their comfort zone, the first excuse that comes to mind is, “I don’t have time.” But, that is everyone’s excuse. According to Hattie, “All we have is time! We choose whether or not we make time…” 

“If you want something bad enough you will make the time and effort to get there,” she says. “Make the time for your goals, for yourself. Nothing feels better then achieving your goals. Step outside your comfort zone. Whatever your goal may be, set aside time and commit to it.” 

Hattie’s appointment was announced at YOR Health’s annual conference where she took the stage. She joins former NFL player Tim Brown, Middleweight Boxing Champ Daniel Jacobs, IFBB Professional Bodybuilder Kim Haiston and others on YOR Health’s Athletic Advosry Board.
