Zija International Gold Challenge Cruise Highlights

Zija, CEO, Rod Larsen

Zija International Distributors who qualified for the company’s Gold Challenge Cruise recently returned from the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean with some added freckles and a deep sense of accomplishment.

Qualifiers won the vacation by personally enrolling new Distributors in 2014 and then helping them achieve and maintain the Rank of Bronze, Silver, Gold and above.

Over 130 Distributors were able to experience sailing onboard Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas, the world’s largest cruise ship! Amenities include: a full-service spa, four pools, ten whirlpools, two FlowRider surf simulators, two rock-climbing walls, a zip line, a full-sized basketball court, an ice-skating rink, a mini golf course, a hand-carved carousel, fourteen complimentary dining options, three specialty restaurants, a 3D movie theatre, the Broadway hit musical Cats, AquaTheater shows, an 18,000 square foot Casino Royal.

Those aboard the cruise had the opportunity to take part in a service project during their stop in Falmouth, Jamaica, sponsored by our non-profit organization The Zija Miracle Foundation. The volunteers visited a local orphanage run by “The Tiny Hope Foundation,” which provides a safe traditional home environment where local children can experience security and love. The Zija Miracle Foundation donated $5,000 to the foundation, much-needed hygiene kits, school supplies, toys, and games to a local shelter and school.

After visiting the shelter, volunteers were able to install a fence around the perimeter of a nearby orphanage. The fence was a necessary addition as it provides safety and security to the children in the orphanage. Also accomplished were painting three separate rooms (a school/study room, kitchen, and common area), cleaning, moving heavy furniture, and completing with various and needed projects at the shelter.

Cruise qualifiers also visited Labadee, Haiti, where visitors experienced a privately-owned beach and were able to participate in activities like the world’s longest zip line over water, an aqua park, a jungle coaster, or simply relaxing in a private cabana on the white sand beach. The final stop on the cruise was Cozumel, Mexico where cruise qualifiers explored the island’s world famous scuba diving locations, beautiful beaches, and endless local shopping and dining locations.

In addition to beautiful stops Zija Gold Challenge Cruise members experienced:

  • Zija Welcome Reception
  • Zija trainings with corporate staff and top field leaders
  • An Exclusive two-hour FlowRider session only for Zija attendees
  • Zija Farewell Reception
