JM Innovations, a global travel and technology consulting group led by seasoned veteran, James Menge, announced it will deploy new, innovative and industry leading offerings to the Direct Selling industry. Managing Principal, Menge, has served in numerous senior leadership roles with many of the world's leading suppliers of travel products. Our goal at JM Innovations is to elevate the role travel plays within the Direct Selling industry. An avid traveler and sought after keynote speaker at widely attended conferences, Menge's leadership earned him the title of Travel Evangelist as Vice President of Technology at Sabre Travel Network.

Menge has more than 25 years experience at top travel companies, travel start-ups and venture capital firms that include AMR Corporation, Sabre, Virtuoso and SilverRail. Menge led the Sales and Marketing role at the revolutionary and technology-driven customer experience for car rental firm, Silvercar. Most recently, Menge started and lead the Product Marketing group at WorldVentures, the world's largest direct seller of curated group travel.

The Direct Selling industry creates more time and freedom for millions of people around the world, added Menge. When people have more time and more money, they want to experience more of the world has to offer. Simply put, Direct Selling creates travelers. Lots of them. While most of these companies focus solely on annual incentive trips, opportunities exist to incorporate travel within their business.
