Morinda’s Valencia Pamphile Wins Women World Award
Morinda distributor and co-founder of the M.A.D. Team, Valencia Pamphile, was recently awarded a Women World Award for Entrepreneur or Founder of the Year.
The annual Women World Awards program encompasses the world's best in leadership, innovation, organizational performance, new products and services, and customer satisfaction programs from every major industry in the world.
Following a 15-year career in corporate banking, Pamphile shifted from the corporate world to business ownership. Her innovation and success as an entrepreneur allowed her to become a millionaire in just three years.
Because of her own success, Pamphile was motivated to help others to achieve their own personal financial goals. Together with business partner Art Lee, they formed the M.A.D. (Making a Difference) Team in 2006 and designed a step-by-step system that provides real, attainable wealth for individuals with the drive to succeed.
We believe real success is not an individual accomplishment, said Pamphile. We are all about teamwork on the M.A.D. Team and spend a lot of our time mentoring others.
The M.A.D. Team, which now includes thousands of members, invests heavily in helping motivated individuals achieve their financial dreams.
For the past nine years, Valencia has led a daily conference call with their team members as a way to provide coaching, said Morinda's Vice President of Marketing, Shon Whitney. This is just one example of how Valencia's vision and strategy of teamwork and mentorship have boosted Morinda and how she paves a path of success for others to follow.
Organizations from all over the world are eligible to submit nominations for the Women World Awards, including public and private, for-profit and non-profit, and new start-ups. More than 50 judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices and over 180 women participated.
Winners will be honored at the SVUS Awards Ceremony and Red Carpet Banquet in San Francisco on June 29, 2015.
