The 2016 Best Places to Work in Direct Selling program was open to North American direct selling companies with 50 or more employees.
Companies honored were chosen based on the results of a confidentially administered employee survey designed to measure satisfaction in the workplace by evaluating factors such as employee recognition, engagement and leadership development. Survey responses were compiled, evaluated and ranked by Quantum Workplace.
