First of all, we congratulate you for achieving the prestigious DubLi Network rank of Vice President. You have achieved the second most important position in the company. How did you accomplish that?

I follow a system daily which emphasizes discounting self to focus on the growth and development of my team. In our business, forgiving the needs of self in favor of greater team success provides a winning solution for all involved. There is no ”I’ in team, and you can’t be selfish and successful at the same time in Network Marketing, it just doesn’t work. The more people you help, the more you earn which helps you succeed faster. This is the secret to success in the Network Marketing business.How do you determine success or failure in Network Marketing?

How do personal skills and mindset play into success in this industry?

There is no such thing as failure, only experience. Just as with any other business/opportunity, we must always learn from our mistakes. There is no such thing as perfection in life so it's important to continue learning for personal and professional development. This is the only way to continue improving in our life and our business. 

Approaching this business with a toolkit that works and a positive mindset is important for succeeding in this industry as they directly impact belief in self and the industry. It’s critical to continue the education process and to stay updated on new trends and skills that will help grow your business.    

So, if you would summarize, what are the key criteria for success in growing your DubLi Network business?

It’s simple. Every day I try to do better than the day before. With every new benchmark, milestone or rank, comes greater responsibility. One of my mottoes is:”Think Big, Dream Big” because every success story starts with a small goal that increases over time. With hard work, continuity, passion and a supportive team, anything is possible and those small goals will continue to get bigger. This is how success is made in this business.

You are from UAE. How do you grow your business there? Isn’t it a rather small e-commerce market?

I live in the UAE and have grown my business throughout the GCC region. My business continues to grow as a result of an active schedule of weekly team meetings and one-on- one meetings. I use a webinar system to reach my team members who I cannot reach each week in person. With the support of the government here in the UAE, who is directly investing and supporting the development of e-commerce, we expect e-commerce spending to continue to grow.

Furthermore, the UAE is important region for e-commerce as a result of the higher income brackets here and much more discretionary income. Dubai, in particular, is known for its powerful shopping economies so we are excited about the future here and how the e-commerce landscape will change significantly over the next few years in the UAE, of course, with the help of DubLi.com and DubLi Network.

How does your family fit into your DubLi Network business?

By nature, the network marketing business allows us the flexibility to spend more time with our families. Personally, and for my team, we emphasize the importance of family and making sure each of our families understands and applauds the DubLi concept. This is critical as support from home motivates our team to be more successful.

My family is tremendously supportive of my business and my passion for DubLi because they truly believe, as do I, that the DubLi concept is completely different than all other network marketing companies out there. My family believes in the future of e-commerce and the role DubLi will play which makes it easier for me to pursue my goals within the Network Marketing industry and the company.
