Christine Ye From Canada Achieves Director Rank With LEO
With hard work, determination and perseverance, Christine Ye (also known as Xiaoming Ye)has built a booming business with Learning Enterprises Organisation Ltd (LEO), a global entrepreneurship training company.
Since joining the company in August 2014, Christine has proved herself to be a truly talented direct sales professional and outstanding leader, heading a highly successful worldwide team and recently achieving the impressive rank of Director.
From her base in Toronto, Christine Ye has grown an international business in only three years, whilst still managing to maintain a good work’“life balance. Putting her considerable sales talents to use, she has ventured into unknown national markets and excelled in her efforts.
With an endlessly positive attitude, she has shown herself to be an inspiration to her team and a considerable asset to LEO. So, to gain a greater understanding of how this upbeat direct selling professional has become such a star, we asked Christine to fill us in.
Why did you decide to join LEO?
I had been searching for something that would enable me to live a more meaningful and happy life and LEO was the only organisation that excited me because of its innovation and integrity. The company introduces new projects every year, which are always in line with the latest trends.
It also demonstrates its high values ?? by focusing on solving different social issues. This kind of company is full of vitality, and only companies that are constantly innovating can succeed in the market. Every innovative idea it introduces opens a new window of opportunity. LEO has breathed new life into the traditional direct sales market and is revolutionising education and finance.
The integrity of the organisation is so impressive ‘“ I believe that only companies with such strong integrity will succeed, remain stable and stand the test of time.
How has LEO changed your life and what do you especially enjoy about being a LEO Member?
During my time with LEO, I have seen really positive changes in my life and it has opened up many opportunities for me. Although I had previous experience working in sales, LEO is the first and only direct sales company I have ever chosen to work with, and I am so glad I joined.
Although it is a big challenge leading a team, it has taken me to a whole new level in life. I especially enjoy the travel, and have recently been to the LEO Carnival in Mauritius, in May, to celebrate LEOs sixth anniversary. In addition, I am looking forward to visiting LEO’s UK headquartersin September, for the UK Leaders Summit.
I also particularly like LEOs compensation plan, which is unique and very fair ‘“ allhard work is recognised and rewarded by the company. LEO really brings out your talents, and although it is not easy to succeed, it is certainly worth the effort. In fact, thanks to LEO, I see that the world is alive with possibilities. My perspective has changed in every way. It has broadened my horizons and I have gained peace of mind.
Why do you think you have achieved such great success with your LEO business?
Any success I have achieved is all down to the efforts of each and every member of my team. I would like to sincerely thank them all for their hard work, and thank them for trusting and supporting me. As Helen Keller said: ‘˜Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.
It is true that we can achieve amazing things when we all unite! We are all responsible for doing our individual jobs well, as well as working together as a team to achieve success. So, I don’t complain about any hard work, as it is certainly worth it and brings great happiness. I just remind myself ‘˜no pain, no gain whenever I encounter setbacks. It is all a matter of having the right attitude. I always remind myself to never give up, as there are always more solutions than problems.
What inspires you and motivates you to persevere in your LEO business?
Dan Andersson, LEO CEO, always inspires me. He is a wise and visionary leader with a kind heart, who is optimistic and always leads us in the right direction. I am also motivated by Dans, and LEOs, philosophy that ‘˜Our Members are the heart of our business, and his outlook for the future inspires me to continue following him on the path to success with LEO.
I am also always motivated to keep going by the trust my team members have in me, which I am very grateful for. I see it as my responsibility to be a role model for my team, grow together with them and help everyone in my team to be successful. I also hope to pass on my positive attitude to each of my team members and influence more people around me.
How well does your work fit in with your family life?
The flexibility of the work is another reason why I chose to join LEO. I am able to manage my time better than before and plan my life well, which enables me to have more time for my family, especially my children. I also think that my hard work sets a good example for my children. In fact, I have a perfect balance between family and work. The Internet is a great tool for screening talent and developing an international market, and it enables me to work at home and conduct global training via my computer. LEOs wide ecosystem of products and services also provides different sources of income which I can earn efficiently within a reasonable amount of time.
Do you have any tips for others who might be thinking of starting their own direct selling business?
Be positive and motivated! The best success stories are about those who learn from their mistakes and turn any failures into opportunities. It really is true that every cloud has a silver lining. Also, never, ever give up, just keep going. I have built my team one by one in different unfamiliar markets around the world ‘“ it has been hard work, but definitely worth it. If I can do it, you can do it too. Determination is the key!
