AIM Global Closes 2019 With A Jam-Packed Training With 5,000 Distributors

Alliance In Motion Global, Inc. made a resounding last hurrah as the MLM Giant held its year end training last December 8, 2019 at Ynares Sports Arena, Pasig City.

A crowd of 5,000 leaders and distributors packed the venue to be inspired and empowered by the company’s top officials Vice Presidents Mr. Jurgen Gonzales and Mr. Arnel Limpin, ALIVE Foundation Chairperson and Director of International Affairs Dr. Connie Cabantog, Board of Directors Chief Marketing Officer John Asperin and President-Chief Executive Officer Dr. Eduardo Cabantog.

Opening the much-awaited training is International Trainer Mr. Mico Imson who impressed on the attendees on “pointers to win the game” in the networking business.  He pointed out one should “balance your mind and your heart. And what bridges them is your intuition. You need to jump.”

He further expressed that “When a person’s motivation for success starts and ends with money, it will always be short-lived. But if one’s success is based on service for other people, it will be never-ending.

Next in line was Mr. Arnel Limpin, Vice President for Training and Development who discussed at length “Keys to becoming a successful network marketer.”

He earnestly conveyed important principles to help guide networkers in their networking journey.  He said “If you want to create a big result, you need all these key guidelines to becoming a successful network marketer.   Don’t just memorize these guidelines which you will not put into use.   You need to internalize and put these guidelines into action.  Now is the right time to act and put into application the knowledge and skills you have.”

“If there is one character trait you have to develop, it is grit and the confidence -faith in yourself; you should have patience, perseverance, the passion and the stamina.” Wise and meaningful words shared by Engr. Jurgen Gonzales, Vice President for Business Development.

Being a seasoned networker, Mr. Gonzales stressed on developing one’s grit and confidence in building your network.

“If you make mistakes, it doesn’t mean you are bad. For you to develop grit, you should be open to make mistakes. If you make mistakes, there is the opportunity to grown and learn well.  If you think there isn’t any room for more mistakes, you don’t have a choice but to do what is right all the time” is the shrewd advice given by Mr. Gonzales.

“Mr. Excitement” and Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Raymond “John” Asperin’s talk delved on “MLM Wisdom on Noah’s Ark”.  The crowd was all ears as they absorbed valuable insights and nuggets of network marketing wisdom.

“The reason why you are here is because for sure, the Lord knows that you He wants you to prosper. But then again, you have to be emotionally and mentally prepared. That is the reason why you need trainings. Trainings help prepare you, mold you to prosper and achieve great financial freedom.”

In between talks, winners from the recent AIMlympics event held last November 11-12, 2019 were announced.

• Team Whitelight (AIM1) bagged the basketball championship title with Team Liven Coffee (Empire Onliner Worldwide) and Team C24/7 (UEI) garnering first and second places respectively.
• For women’s volleyball, Team Whitelight (AIM1) emerged as the victor.  First Runner-Up was Team Ener-Chi (Team International) while Second Runner-Up was Team C24/7 (UEI).
• Team Whitelight (AIM1) was declared the winner for men’s volleyball.  First place went to Team C24/7 (UEI) while second place was bagged by Team Complete (Grit Alliance).
• Tug of War champ was none other than Team C24/7 (UEI). Leading the Relay Games was Team Whitelight (AIM1) while the 3 Points Shoot Out winner went to Team C24/7 (UEI).
• Team Nu UH2 (Heats) made their moves and became the grand winner in the Dance Crew Competition with  Team Ener-Chi  (Team International)  and Teams Cc24/7 (UEI) and Kiddie24/7 (UDT) cupping the first and second places.
• Voted as “Most Dynamic Team” is Team C24/7 (UEI) with Team Nu UH2 (Heats) and Team Kiddie24/7 (UDT) trailing by.
• “Overall Champion” team for this AIMlympics leg is none other than Team C24/7 (UEI).
• Mr. Rafael Vergara and Miss Mylin Ebdane were hailed Mr. and Miss AIMlympics 2019.

During the training, Team Nu UH2, the grand champion of the Dance Crew competition gave a highly charged and entertaining performance with flips, tumbles and cool grooves that further pumped up excitement during the event.

Wrapping up the Year End Training is Visionary President – CEO Dr. Ed Cabantog’s twin topic talk on “Ways to Eliminate Stress and Collaborative Leadership”.
