Diamond Leader Derrick Winkel Excited About Rain International

Derrick Winkel is no stranger to the steep climb of success.

In fact, he started out as a hotel bellhop, years and years ago, working hard but always looking out for new opportunities. And, an opportunity presented itself in the form of Network Marketing. He ended up joining, and this small event not only turned out to not only be a fortuitous introduction, but one that would change his life.

Within a few short years at this company, Derrick was making millions, growing vast teams, and changing lives. But, another opportunity presented itself, and Derrick was ready for the change.

Just four years ago, Derrick was introduced to Rain International, the seed-based health company. He was impressed with the category they had created, their determination to help each Rain Partner succeed, and the legacy they could create. So, he jumped in, head first, and began building a new team, one that would quickly grow into a powerhouse.

It wasn’t long before Derrick hit Diamond at Rain, and won’t be long before he hits Double Rain Diamond. Derrick says that he has high hopes for his teams:

“My goal for the future is to help three of my team members hit Rain Diamond… In order to do this, I really try to listen and find out what each person wants. Because each individual is different and grows at a different speed, it’s all about making a commitment to them, staying connected, and plugging them into the team.”

 It’s the philosophy that creates real, perpetuating growth, and Derrick has mastered it. It’s allowed him to create a lifestyle that he loves, spend time with a family he cherishes, and create bonds and ties with those he never would have had the chance to meet otherwise.
