Zinzino’s ‘down under’ team is rising up global rankings.
Zinzino, one of the largest direct-selling, health and wellness companies broke new records last month. The global leader in innovative, scientific-driven nutritional supplements is celebrating a number of rank advancements in the Australian division.
The company’s ethos to Inspire Change in Life is achieved both in their products and by the growing global team. September figures show Australia marked various rank advancements including one Crown, three Diamonds, four Platinums, 19 Executives, 24 Gold, and 16 Silver breakthroughs.

Cherry Li is one of the new Zinzino Australian ‘Crown’ holders. She joined Zinzino in June 2019 and progressed the customer focus program rapidly after “feeling the energy of the business model.”

Li’s secret to building a successful team is focused around positive leadership.
“I care deeply about everyone in my team and always put others first. It’s important to understand their needs, desires, strengths and weaknesses. All of my energy goes to being there for them all. They know I’ll be there, as long as they’re willing to put in the work. You won’t find me on the sidelines.”
With the dynamic nature of direct-selling, ongoing training and motivation is key to success.
“I have training six days a week, including personal improvement and professional competence training. Because direct selling is a duplication business, I must be at the top of my game – to be able to teach this to others.”
Li encourages her partners to follow the Zinzino system because it works.
“It’s a simple rule: 10 + 4. Ten customers, four partners. Don’t overcomplicate it. Lean into the power of compounding. That’s the beauty of this business. This is a relationship business after all. There’s really no limits to what’s possible.”
As Li continues to build her partner team in Australia, she aims to attract people in Asia and beyond, who can use their own networks to expand Zinzino a lot further.
