Muzafer Najfi Achieves Red Diamond Agent Rank At Seacret Direct

Muzafer Najfi joined Seacret in 2015 as Vice President of Field Development.

At that time, Muzafer brought 20 years of experience in network marketing along with the relationships he cultivated along the way to assist Seacret Direct in a second wave of growth. During his time as Vice President, he served the Seacret community as well as being instrumental in bringing to Seacret the nutrition line that helped change lives for many within our Seacret family.

In 2018, Muzafer made a major pivot within Seacret which impacted our community and reinforced the phenomenal opportunity Seacret has for everybody.  Muzafer’s decision to become a Seacret Agent nurtured expansion globally. He played a key role in opening markets and attracting talent. This lead to the continued growth of Seacret worldwide.

Muzafer now has over 25 years of experience in the direct selling industry. He has built multiple organizations in several companies, exceeding 100,000 distributors and customers, also taking on executive roles, giving him a holistic experience and understanding of our business model. It was this experience that has really impacted our community.

Muzafer has always believed he is a student first, a teacher second and this is what has allowed him to make an impact on numerous lives personally and professionally. When asked about his journey, Muzafer refers to what Zig Ziglar teaches:

“If you help enough people get what they want, you will not have to worry about what you want. Muzafer takes this approach in building up others and helping them achieve all their successes. His approach quite simply, “Be the elevator of people. The one who lifts up others.”

Due to Muzafer’s ability in coaching, mentoring, and training, he has received several industry-wide accolades. The subject of featured articles in Success from Home and Your Business at Home magazines, he is a “Top 200” income earner in network marketing worldwide. When asked, Muzafer replied “others’ accomplishments and the company’s success is more important than my individual accolades.” This is why Seacret believes that Muzafer has become a leader of leaders.

Izhak considers Muzafer’s recent rank advancement as only the beginning for Muzafer, his team and Seacret as a whole.
