MONAT Honored With 4 Awards by DSA Australia

MONAT Global Australia (MONAT Australia) was recently presented with four awards by the Direct Selling Association (DSA) Australia during the DSA Expanding the Possibilities Conference in Sydney.

Jen Usher, Vice President & Managing Director for MONAT Australia & New Zealand, was recognized with the Industry Contribution Award for her role in the successful launch of MONAT Australia in 2021 and MONAT New Zealand in 2022.

Nicole Thomas, Operations Manager for MONAT Australia & New Zealand, was recognized with the Rising Star Award for her contributions to the organization’s recent growth and success, including implementation of new systems and procedures, positively impacting inventory management and increasing overall efficiency.

Jess Etcell, MONAT Market Partner, was recognized with the Independent Salesperson of the Year for her climb to becoming one of the highest-ranking leaders in the region.

Additionally, MONAT received the Innovation Award for its Styling Masterclass Series, which leveraged distributors with large social media followings to generate buzz and achieved a 45% increase in styling product sales and a 270% increase in customer enrollments in March 2023.
