Andrea’s professional background is as diverse as it is impressive. The South American leader became a marketing engineer after studying at the Catholic University Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama.

Her career includes eight years working for multinational corporations, followed by four years managing a specialized cycling company. However, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open a tapas and wine restaurant in Quito, an endeavor that unfortunately ended in a scam, causing significant financial loss.

“That situation was a turning point for me,”

Andrea recalls.

“I realized I didn’t like taking orders, and I was determined to find a business where I could be my own boss.” It was then that a friend’s recommendation led her to network marketing. “I’ve been in this industry for seven years now, and it’s been an incredible journey.”

“It was a decision,”

she explains.

“Perseverance, consistency, a lot of work, and following the system 100% were crucial. But if you don’t decide that you want to grow and advance, nothing happens. Belief is also essential.

When I understood that I could create anything I could imagine, I became obsessed with achieving a new result.

Thinking about the goal every day and living it as if it were already a reality allowed me to get there much faster.”

Andrea’s motivations are also deeply personal and altruistic. 

“I want to buy a house and gift it to my parents. Building value and helping others fulfill their dreams motivates me every day,”

she shares. 

Her professional goals for the future are ambitious, aiming to become a Crown of the company and be part of the “Top 10 Income Earners” at Business for Home. She’s also extremely confident she’s in the right place to get there.
