When Stephane Page first entered the network marketing industry at 19 years old, he truly believed he would be rich within 3-5 years. Almost every day, he would read his goals and envision creating a bigger future. He’d repeat out loud to himself:

“One day, I’ll be free. All this hard work is going to pay off… you’ll see…”

But fast forward more than a decade of trying to succeed in network marketing, and instead of finding freedom, he was left feeling insecure and disheartened.

Over 15 long years, Stephane Page joined five different companies and failed at every single one. He poured over $40,000—mostly on credit cards—into starter packs, products, personal development books, live events, online courses, and coaching sessions, all in the hope that one day, he would finally break through.

But that “one day” started to feel impossible. During those years, he remembers speaking to thousands of people—on the phone and in person—desperately trying to bring them onto his team. Yet the rejection was relentless:

“Sorry, I’m busy and don’t have time for something like this…” or

“No thanks, my uncle tried stuff like this, and it didn’t work…”

Stephane wanted success so badly, but it seemed like no one else wanted to work with him. As the years passed, with zero progress in his MLM business, he grew increasingly frustrated. He avoided conversations about his business altogether, walking around unhappy and defeated.

At home, him and his wife, Claudia, were just “getting by.” Claudia worked as an Interior Designer, later juggling her own business and hours as a gymnastics coach to support the family. Eventually, she stepped away from designing to coach full-time, a choice driven by her passion and the need for a more flexible schedule for their kids.

Claudia was the one ensuring the kids didn’t’ miss out on the ski lessons, piano lessons, private school, and family trips for their daughters. Meanwhile, Stephane was trapped in a small business model with an income ceiling, one that demanded more hours for any potential growth.

Neither of them truly owned their time. If they didn’t show up, the business—or Claudia’s work—suffered. They were stuck in professions where time was traded for income. Then something happened—an event that changed everything.

They had always taught their daughters to dream big, to set goals, and to take massive action toward achieving them. One Friday afternoon, driving home, they could see the house in the distance when their second daughter, Maïlie, casually said:

“Can you believe we were living in that house before?”

She was talking about their current home as though it were already in the past. In that moment, something clicked for Stephane. He made a decision:

He Was Going to Win—No Matter What.

Whether it was the desire to prove to his daughters that what they taught about setting goals was true, or a fear of being seen as a failure, Stephane knew things were about to change forever. In June 2011, the pivotal moment arrived. He got a call from his mentor, Tim Sales, who shared that he was coming out of retirement to join a new company— now known as PartnerCo.

At the time, Stephane felt broken. Years of failure had robbed him of his confidence, but he did something powerful: he placed his trust in someone who had already achieved success.

He followed Tim’s advice to the letter. Step by step, Tim showed him exactly what to do, and he executed without questioning.= That guidance made all the difference.

Immediately after that call, Stephane got to work. Things began to shift. He started climbing the ranks. A few years later, Claudia joined him, and together they helped open South Korea and were the first to build in France, Canada, and several other European countries.

Stephane and Claudia served on the Partners Council for the U.S. and Canada and were honored with the Vision Award—an incredible recognition of their success. Even their daughters eventually joined the family business. Today, their story is a testament to resilience, mentorship, and the power of unwavering belief.
