BE’s 2026 European Convention Brings Global Perspectives to Germany
A two day event focused on business education, leadership and practical application of technology
BE (BE Club) has concluded its 2026 European convention, held this year in Germany as part of the organisation’s annual rotation of host cities. The two-day educational convention brought together over 8,000 participants from across the globe, representing over 15 nationalities and stands as one of the company’s most significant European conventions to date.
Held in one of Europe’s key business and technology hubs, the Munich event reflected BE’s growing focus on the European market and the increasing demand for in-person forums centred on business education, leadership and applied technology.
“Germany has a strong culture of structure, substance and long-term thinking,”
said Moyn Islam, CEO of BE.
“Bringing our community here for the first time was about listening as much as it was about sharing, creating space for people to think more strategically about how they build, learn and grow in a changing economy.”
Ehsaan Islam, CTO of BE, said the scale and diversity of the audience underscored a growing appetite for grounded discussion around technology and systems.
“What stood out over these two days was the level of engagement,”
he said.
“People weren’t here for quick answers. They were here to understand how systems work, in business, in technology and in their own decision-making.”

A Global Audience, A Deliberate Focus
The programme focused on how individuals and organisations are responding to changes in income structures, leadership expectations and the practical use of technology, including the growing role of artificial intelligence within modern business systems.
Hosted in Germany as part of BE’s annual European convention rotation, the setting provided a relevant backdrop for discussions centred on structure, responsibility and long-term decision-making, without positioning the event as a market launch or regional expansion.
Day One – Modern Income Models
The opening day examined how income generation is evolving alongside changes in work, skills and entrepreneurship. Sessions explored leadership mindset, communication discipline and sustainable organisational thinking, with an emphasis on consistency and long-term capability rather than short-term outcomes.
Day Two – The AI Shift in Business & Trading / Social Media Impact
The second day focused on the application of artificial intelligence within business systems and analytical processes, alongside discussions on the operational and cultural impact of social media in modern organisations.
The programme concluded with reflections on long-term progression, leadership continuity and maintaining momentum over time.

Awards and Recognition
The Munich event also included a formal awards ceremony, recognising more than 20 individuals across several categories for leadership, consistency and long-term contribution within the BE community. The awards acknowledged achievements spanning leadership progression, customer engagement, event contribution and the introduction of the Global Leadership Council, a new recognition focused on leadership impact and responsibility.
A Strategic First Step in Germany
With participants representing 15 nationalities, the Munich gathering highlighted strong European interest in structured, in-person learning environments that address business and technology from a systems-led and practical perspective. For BE, the event marked a milestone within its European convention cycle, reflecting continued engagement with its international community.
