Mannatech Reports Q4 and Full-Year 2025 Financial Results

FLOWER MOUND, TX – Mannatech Incorporated (NASDAQ: MTEX), (“Mannatech” or “Company”), a global health and wellness company committed to transforming lives to make a better world, today announced financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025.

Fourth Quarter Results

Fourth quarter net sales for 2025 were $26.6 million, a decrease of $2.4 million, or 8.2%, as compared to $29.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. During the fourth quarter, the Company’s net sales declined 7.6% on a Constant dollar basis (a Non-GAAP financial measure); unfavorable foreign exchange during the fourth quarter caused a decrease of $0.2 million in net sales as compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.

Gross profit as a percentage of net sales decreased to 75.3% for the three months ended December 31, 2025, as compared to 80.5% for the same period in 2024.

For the three months ended December 31, 2025, overall selling and administrative expenses decreased by $0.6 million to $9.8 million, as compared to $10.4 million for the same period in 2024.

Fourth quarter operating loss for 2025 was $0.2 million as compared to operating income of $0.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2024. Fourth quarter net loss was $11.3 million, or $5.94 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter 2025, as compared to net income of $2.3 million, or $1.20 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter 2024. The higher net income in 2024 was a result of foreign currency exchange gains.

Year End Results

For the full year, Mannatech reported net sales of $108.0 million, compared to $117.9 million in 2024, a decrease of 8.3%. The company said foreign currency exchange rate fluctuations had an unfavorable impact on 2025 net sales, reducing revenue by approximately $1.9 million compared to the prior year. On a constant-dollar basis, net sales declined 6.8% year over year.

For the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, overall selling and administrative expenses were $39.6 million and $41.7 million, respectively.

Gross profit as a percentage of net sales for the year was 74.9%, compared to 77.6% in 2024. Mannatech said the decline was driven largely by higher supply chain-related costs, including increased product and freight expenses.

Mannatech ended the year with cash and cash equivalents of $6.2 million.
