Dr. Dan Gubler – Chief Scientific Officer

At the forefront of this board is Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Dan Gubler, whose passion for chemistry began long before his formal education. Growing up, he admired his grandfather—a respected scientist who helped uncover the function of Vitamin B1 in human health. When his grandfather was diagnosed with cancer during Dr. Gubler’s childhood, it shaped his lifelong calling.

He initially pursued pharmaceutical synthesis before transitioning into natural product chemistry, where he now focuses on discovering bioactive molecules from plants that have the potential to transform human health.

Dr. Gubler explains,

“Science has always been in my DNA. My goal each day is to follow my grandfather’s example and find new ways to help people live healthier and happier lives.”

Today, his work blends academic rigor with global exploration. He has traveled across every continent studying plant compounds, earned numerous awards—including the Schering-Plough Science and Innovation Award—and holds more than 16 patents granted or pending. As a formulator, he sees every THREE product as essential, emphasizing that each one contains unique molecules and cutting-edge absorption technology.

Dr. Timothy Schneider – Chair of Scientific Advisory Board

Serving alongside Dr. Gubler is Scientific Advisory Board Chair Dr. Timothy Schneider, whose own path into health science also began with a personal family experience. As the youngest child of a pastor, he witnessed the challenges of chronic illness early in life when his mother was diagnosed with cancer. That experience sparked his desire to understand the human body and inspired him to pursue medicine.

He later attended the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine and became one of the earliest ophthalmologists in the United States to perform LASIK surgery. Throughout his career, he has authored numerous publications, contributed to medical textbooks, and spoken at national and international conferences.

Dr. Schneider was initially drawn to THREE by its advanced liposomal technology. He recognized immediately how it could meaningfully enhance nutrient delivery, especially in a world where modern agriculture often prioritizes appearance over nutrient density.
