ByDzyne Unites for Venezuela: Turning Compassion Into Action Through BD Cares
When tragedy strikes, the greatest measure of a community is not how quickly it moves on, but how quickly it moves in.
Following the devastating twin earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24, thousands of families have been left grieving, displaced, and searching for hope. The powerful 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude earthquakes caused widespread destruction across the country, leaving more than a reported 4,400 people dead, over 16,000 injured, and nearly 18,000 without homes as recovery efforts continue.
Through this month, ByDzyne is inviting its global family to stand with the people of Venezuela.
Through BD Cares: United for Venezuela, Brand Ambassadors around the world are coming together to provide immediate relief through financial contributions, donated supplies, and volunteer service.
Throughout the month of July, every donation made through the BD Cares campaign will go directly toward relief efforts supporting families impacted by the disaster. These funds will help provide critical necessities including food, clean water, medical supplies, shelter, and other emergency resources where they are needed most.
“Our mission has always been about changing lives,”
said Chanida Puranaputra, Chairwoman of ByDzyne.
“When families are hurting, we have an opportunity to show that our community is about more than business. It is about people. Every donation, every volunteer, and every act of kindness reminds someone that they are not facing this alone.”
The effort extends far beyond monetary giving.
ByDzyne’s Ecuador and Bogotá offices are serving as collection centers for physical donations, gathering essential supplies including nonperishable food, bottled water, hygiene kits, medical items, blankets, clothing, diapers, batteries, flashlights, and even pet supplies.
In Bogotá, Colombia, BD Nation volunteers will also gather to sort, organize, and pack donated supplies before they are sent to support relief organizations serving those affected in Venezuela.
It is a reminder that generosity comes in many forms. Whether someone is able to give financially, donate needed items, or simply offer their time, every contribution helps bring hope to families rebuilding their lives.
As the ByDzyne community continues to grow around the world, initiatives like BD Cares demonstrate that success is measured not only by what we achieve, but by how we serve others along the way.
