I used to truly love this company and believed in what they promised. But over the years, they kept changing the rules — and unfortunately, always for the worse. Then one day, without any fair explanation, they suddenly closed my partner account, taking away all my accumulated earnings worth thousands of dollars. They left my membership account open so I would keep sending them money, but after seeing how they treated me and many others in my team, I have no trust that it will remain open. This has happened to countless partners — accounts deleted, monthly incomes gone, savings stolen. What was once a business opportunity turned into a huge disappointment and financial loss. Be very careful before trusting them with your time, effort, and money.
I strongly urge people to avoid this company at all costs. In my personal experience, inCruises operates in a way that resembles a financial pyramid rather than a genuine travel business. The main focus is on recruiting new members, not on providing real value or sustainable services. Earnings depend heavily on bringing in others, which creates an unstable and risky structure for participants. Many people end up losing their money, while only those at the top benefit. Their practices feel misleading and exploitative, with promises that rarely match reality. This is not a safe or ethical opportunity. Protect yourself and your finances.
I was shocked by how this company handled my account. After years of commitment and building my business with them, they suddenly terminated my account without any valid reason or proper explanation. Along with the termination, they confiscated all my saved points and completely cut off my monthly earnings. I wasn’t the only one — many others I know experienced the same treatment. It seems they’re just eliminating accounts as they please. There was no support, no warning, and no way to appeal. Everything I invested was gone overnight. This company does not value its partners and cannot be trusted. Stay away.
This company terminated many member accounts without any proper explanation or warning. They simply decided to delete people who had worked hard for years building their teams and saving their cruise points. All the accumulated points and monthly commissions were taken away instantly, with no option to appeal or recover them. It feels like theft. People trusted this company, invested their time and money, and were left with nothing. There was no transparency, no communication — just a sudden removal. This is not how a serious business should treat loyal partners. I strongly advise others to stay away. Totally unfair and unprofessional.
For 18 months, I have paid $100 towards my membership to inCruises. My sponsor told me and showed me on the inCruises website that I could be refunded the full amount we put in if we were ever dissatisfied.
It turns out that inCruises changes its policies without notice and as it sees fit to ensure you never get your money back. Also, they have a 'price match' guarantee which is pure robbery. A typical cruise is priced at a per-occupant rate, but they sell it to you at an inflated price and on a per-room basis. There is never a comparison they have to honor.
Do you see the bait and switch?
Now I'm stuck with 1800 points that I can use no more than 20% per reservation on a hotel room. My advice is to open a high-yield savings account and consider that your travel bucket.
