A friend told me about Fitteam and I am so glad she did! While all of their products are great, Hydrate is the one that I use the most. I feel that Hydrate offers a healthy solution to replacing the electrolytes I lose during exercising rather than the artificial colors and flavors that Gatorade has. Even more than loving to drink it after exercising, I feel comfortable giving Hydrate to my 4 year old son especially during/after a stomach bug to keep him from getting dehydrated. While I don't need to use the Fit for weight loss, it is a great alternative to energy drinks to get some extra pep in my day. Every one who I have encountered who works for the company is great, which makes me feel even better about using their products!
