- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.

- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
Darlene is so kind and helpful. She shares with her heart. We have been Blessed to know her and be able to work along side of her. She is always available to answer our questions and help with our needs. She is a loving person. We love it when we get to gather at her home. She pampers us, does Zyto scans for us and guides us with our needs. Darlene takes our budget into account and does not ever oversell us. Our group is over 70 & 80 and we live on a fixed income, she takes all of that into account.
