- Effective communication: They must transmit the needed information suitably. It’s fundamental for leading.
- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
I have sat in on many Zoom training sessions with Shane and have been most impressed with his energy, manner and devotion. His ability to handle some apparently stupid questions by some participants left me in awe. The sessions I observed were at no cost and took a considerable amount of his time and effort , however he felt compelled to share his knowledge with members of another group. For this so many of us were grateful. I have also had the pleasure of meeting him several times and attending training at his home, and being made to feel most welcome.
I would like to state here that i have know Mr.Shane Boese for a period of over 5 years. In that time i have attended many of his Webinars and have interacted with him personally on many occasions in a professional capacity. Some of the projects that myself and others did not come to fruition, however it was no fault of any of us or Shane. We all went with what we felt was the best decision at that time and with the knowledge we had. Some of these projects have not delivered the expectations that were expected. As you all know, many ventures failed within the past few years for a variety of reasons. Shane has copped some flak from various sectors of our community for this reason but i would like to reiterate that in all the dealing that myself and those others that were on the webinars and involved in all that we tried to achieve, i can say Shane has been consistent, honest and very helpful through the entire period.
In the three years I have had interaction with Shane Boese in the networking and enterpreneurial fields, I have been so very inspired and encouraged with Shane's business acumen, integrity, and leadership abilities. Shane has selflessly, without any renumeration, given knowledge and information to not only his team members, but to others whose team leaders had failed them, myself included. These actions speak of a man whose interpersonal, teaching and communication skills are beyond reproach. From my experience with Shane, I have found that he listens, responds, explains, often painstakingly at times, with respect for each individual who seeks his help. Shane promotes and envisions success for all his business partners and team members and works tirelessly to achieve that outcome for all concerned.

I have known Shane for many years. He is a great teacher and knows the art of teaching and conveying all the relevant information needed. He is very methodical, to the point easy to listen to and no matter what you ask or how silly the question is he does not get angry .Shane goes over the information again so that fools like me can understand. I always go to him for any doubt or information I require. He will always give you the short and long term effects and will always ask questions to make sure that we understand the topic he is talking about. He does take his time to explain things especially when he is aware of the person and their limitations of the subject. He also demonstrates his talk or teaching with visual aids as well That is why most people go to him to explain and teach. No matter what he undertakes to do he will always make it a Success.
